We were very impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise that was shown in our visit this morning. Our service man was knowledgeable, efficient and also had an excellent customer service manner…even working with Seniors!! Your company is very well represented and the work was thorough. The work site was left in tip top shape. Thank you so much for coming a little out of your way. We really appreciate it.

Carson came out to our shop this morning to pump our septic tank, and we couldn't be happier with the service. He was punctual, worked efficiently, and was professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain the costs clearly, and the pricing was very fair with no surprises. We highly recommend Hirstwood Plumbing & Septic for their excellent service and professionalism. Thanks again, Carson, and the entire Hirstwood team!

Carson arrived on time to suit our schedule. He worked quickly and thoroughly while explaining what he needed to do snd the best way to proceed. Nothing was done without our knowledge and agreement and he used video to alert us to future issues and how we might choose to proceed in the future. It was a pleasure to have him work at our property.
